THE WORKOUT: 50 Minute Difference

The Lagree Fitness Method™ is an efficient total body conditioning workout that burns 500-800 calories per session. This high intensity workout is low impact that is safe and fun for everyone of any fitness level. With each move, you will tone your muscles, strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility.




The state-of-the-art Megaformer™ is the powerful equipment that allows the body to move seamlessly and quickly from one exercise to the next. These quick transitions keep the heart rate up and effectively burn calories while in and out of class. This powerful machine will give you the workout of your life, working your muscles to failure without injury. You will shake and sweat, and you will become leaner and stronger.




A class with us will be unlike any workout you have ever experienced and will lead you to your best body yet! In our fun 50 minute class you will experience working on the Megaformer™, moving in slow and controlled pace in each exercise, strengthening your core and entire body. Come ready to challenge yourself and get sweaty and stronger with us.




Tips to get the most out of your sculpt50 training session
If you are a new client, please come at least 10 minutes early to get a Megaformer orientation, sign the waiver, and check in. We are conveniently located in the Danville Livery between Games Unlimited and iCandy Eyelash Salon.

Bring a pair of grip socks (socks with sticky treads on the bottom) or you can purchase a pair at the studio. Grip socks are required to participate in class to prevent injuries and for sanitary reasons.

Bring a towel and water.

Bring a smile, cuz it’ll be an awesome 50 minutes of total body conditioning!
